I would love to be able to add an activity for more than one person at a time, for example, when we all eat a meal together, be able to add it to more than one person at a time instead of having to do them individually.5 votes
We definitely will ad this, although I don’t have a timetable, at the moment.
It would be great to have the option to add tags to entries like "vacation" or "school" to allow users to link disparate entries together with one searchable term. This will help users find entries that relate to each other and can help identify longer term trends that would be hard to pick out using just activity types. Right now we can do it by adding a keyword to the entries but having it be a tag field that can be clicked on in an entry to search by would make Birdhouse far more powerful in my opinion.3 votes
This is a great suggestion and definitely some we intend to do. We have some more basic things already in the works that have priority, like adding support for attaching files and more, but we’ll definitely get there
I would really like to use this to have my son's care team collaborate more effectively. And, I know that there are some things that I might put in BirdHouse that I would still want private. Could you add in permission levels, either by object (note / file / etc) and/or by user so that I can restrict access to some things?
For example, if I were to keep track of IEP notes, I might not want my actual IEP team to see everything that I have written.7 votes

To expedite the process of tracking events on the website, I would like the default time picker to work in increments of 15 minutes following the pattern in the iOS app.3 votes
Thank you for sharing your request. We will take that under consideration in our planning.
I primarily use the website to create a series of activities for a period of time (i.e. entering all activities for the morning.) This process is slow in part because the website reloads each time an activity is created and a full webpage load is pretty slow. It would be great if the activity POSTing could occur over AJAX to eliminate the need for a page reload.2 votes

I've been using Activity entries to track my daughters physical activity to ensure she gets enough exercise. My feedback on using it for this is that it would be great to use the Meltdown Low | Medium | High buttons to record the intensity of the activity and Duration field for Activity entries to give better data about how active the child has been.1 vote

I'm trying out Birdhouse and it seems like a great idea. However, it's difficult and confusing to invite a collaborator (for me and for them). I'd like to collaborate with my son's nanny, ABA, OT, etc...but I know that if its not super easy for them to use, they won't do it and I'll be stuck trying to elicit and record their notes.7 votes
Collaboration is a newer feature at the moment, and we are currently in the process of making the process of inviting new collaborators more convenient and straightforward. We’re excited to be able to make this more accessible as this year goes on.

You can now create a category for these things on the More page on the web, and then they will be added to your Activities list, and you can then record what happens and when.

I'd like a different term for the category "Therapists", maybe Care Team or just Contacts. I would like to keep contact information for everyone involved in my child's care, not just therapists; teachers, caregivers, doctors, etc.5 votes

I have ASD child who has poop accidents (not done in the toilet but elsewhere) once every now and then, but there is only one 'poop' symbol to use for both regular poop and poop accident. and this is inconvenient on the report because I can't tell how many times she had poop accidents out of all the poops done within a week or month or etc.. so if there was an option to use different color on the same 'poop' symbol, it'll help us to easily see on the graph where/when she had the poop accident and when she didn't. And this goes for any other activity categories that can be for good and the bad (i.e., mood - can be good or bad.. or meltdown is obviously bad so no need to color code its symbol..or it can still color code for severity of the meltdown and etc..)
plus, 'other' is too general.. and can be so many 'other' things and it doesn't really help much on the reports (since 'other' graph can mean so many things that you wouldn't know until you read notes under each 'other' symbol shown on the graph.. so if there was a way for us to create our own activity name, and possibly choosing symbols from a preset list of more symbol options?)

We are working on a wonderful version of this that I think you are going to love.
In the meantime, one detail that might help you;
In the Reports section, if you select Other and the click the checkbox below that says ‘Show Advanced Filters’, there will be a chart that shows your various types of Other, and you could select just one or two specific ones you wanted graphed/included in your export data, like ‘Poop accident’
